The RLA Conference & Expo provides a forum for manufacturers and retailers to learn of opportunities for reverse logistics support on a global basis from third party service providers.
Ryder’s director of reverse logistics, Chad Burke, will participate in a panel discussion about “How Your Company Can Offer Exceptional Warranty Support without Adding Cost.” The panel will take place Wednesday, February 13, at 3:30 p.m. in Room A (Amazon F, H, I).
