Accellos acquires Virtual Dispatch, LLC, a Staufville, Ontario-based provider of both on-premise and on-demand transportation management solutions
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colorado – September 2, 2010 – Accellos, a leading provider of supply chain execution software solutions, announced today the acquisition of the assets of Virtual Dispatch, LLC, a Staufville, Ontario based provider of both on-premise and on-demand transportation management solutions.
Accellos will integrate certain of Virtual Dispatch’s assets into its emerging Stratus cloud computing portfolio.
