Kelron Logistics Appoints New Toronto Vice President and General Manager
October 13, 2010 Toronto - Kelron Logistics, one of North America’s fastest growing full service transportation management solutions providers, today announced the appointment of Kelly Winters as Vice President and General Manager of their Toronto Division.
Ms. Winters will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the operations of the Division, including Transportation Management Services (TMS), Brokerage, and Sales, and report directly to Geoff Bennett, the company’s President.
Ms Winters brings over 25 years of Transportation and Logistics expertise gained through various roles of increasing responsibility that span the shipper, service provider, and technology sectors. She most recently served for 10 years as General Manager, for a leading US based transportation service provider and holds a chartered membership with the Institute of Transportation and Logistics (CMILT). Prior to that, she was Senior Director with a Fortune Five multinational, and held the position of Distribution Manager, Traffic and Warehouse Operations.
Ms. Winters has also recently joined the world class alumni of the Kellogg School of Management in Evansville, IL specializing in Sales and Marketing.
