LQ’s Women in Supply Chain Management Edition

Since International Women’s Day was celebrated last week reports on the boardroom progress of female directors in corporate America and Canada has shown disappointing levels of progress over the last two years by most accounts. It’s especially disappointing given more balanced companies have a 56 percent higher operating profit when compared to male-dominated companies, according to a recent McKinsey study.

Given the importance of this issue - LQ's annual Women in Supply Chain Management edition is dedicated to focusing on the strengths that women in the C-Suite bring to business. While only a small percentage of women are represented in today’s boardrooms, LQ’s Women in Supply Chain Management edition looks at how leading women in the field of supply chain management, logistics and transportation field are making an important difference.

LQ’s Women in Supply Management Panel is comprised of LQ’s Board members and thought leaders from the U.S. and Canada who have kindly prepared the framework for this Executive Interview Series. LQ Magazine will be publishing its Women in Supply Chain Management edition this spring, which will also include insights from RILA’s Women in Logistics session in Dallas last month, CSCMP, as well as articles from executives and academics across the United States and Canada.

This Women in Supply Chain Management edition of LQ will be available in the following formats:
• Print Edition
• Apple App
• Android
• Digital Edition
