Farrow Group Acquires D & H International, Inc. of Minneapolis, MN

Toronto, ON – October 5th, 2012 – Farrow Group today announced it has acquired D & H International, Inc., a customs brokerage firm, located in in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Rick Farrow, Chief Executive Officer, Farrow Group, released the following statement to employees of both organizations: We’re excited and pleased to announce this transaction, our second acquisition this year and the fifteenth overall for Farrow Group. This acquisition is part of our ongoing strategic plan to expand our presence in the U.S., and our service to international importers and exporters. This transaction brings together two organizations which have similar cultures and a philosophy of personalized service excellence. It expands our footprint in the U.S. market and provides a local Farrow presence for several of our key clients.

D & H was incorporated in 1992 as an international customs broker in Minneapolis by Serge Desalvo and his partner. D & H has been providing superior service to importers in the region by addressing the unique requirements of each client. D & H will initially operate as a subsidiary of Russell A. Farrow (U.S.), Inc. Serge Desalvo will continue as its President.
