BNSF Logistics, LLC., a Berkshire Hathaway Company Announces Acquisition of EP-Team Inc.

Grapevine, TX, January 15, 2013 - BNSF Logistics, LLC, an industry-leading third party logistics provider, today announced the acquisition of EP-Team, Inc., a privately held global logistics project cargo provider.  EP-Team is based in Flower Mound, Texas and operates multiple locations in the U.S. and around the globe.  The acquisition by BNSF Logistics is the second announced in a matter of days, following the Albacor Shipping acquisition and reflecting an aggressive campaign to expand their global project cargo services portfolio.
